Have you tried the original manufacturer's website. Many times they have downloadable manuals, even for older appliances.

Well I have the Installation and Operating Instructions for a Dometic RM2453. But I can't tell you if there is a significant difference between this model and the RM 2353.

I just went to the Customer Support section of the Dometic website, and they in fact, do have the manuals for the RM 2353.

FYI, Dometic does not show any parts manuals for download but I had to order parts for my refrig last week but could not ID the part on the phone. The parts dept emailed the parts breakdown within minuets to me. I got the parts 3 days later.
