Default 1967 Hi-Lo Norcold refridgerator

Hi I am new to the camper world. I have purchased a 1967 Hi-Lo Bon Voyage. I am going through the appliances to see what works and what needs repair.
So far I have found everything to work, but can not figure out how the refrigerator works to test it. The info I have is that is a Norcold, the tag on the bottom of the unit states Manufactured for Instamatic Corp Model NO. RV-4
serial number 4E18749. If anyone has any information about this unit it would be very helpful. I have been looking all over the place to find any info with little to no success. Thanks

jeremyandkris10, welcome to the forum! Please understand that this type of refer doesn't get cold fast. In fact, it takes quit a bit of time to drop the temp a few degrees. Normally we turn on the refer the day BEFORE we travel, fill it with the cold stuff (dry ice in the freezer), switch it to 12v and head out.
Suggest you switch it to ac (plugged into shore power) and throw in a thermometer. Check it a few hours.
If your sure it doesn't work, you can use an apartment type for a whilTree
