Hi and welcome! The manual for the 1997 Model Year should work for you. A copy of it is here: https://www.hilotrailerforum.com/f49...-towlite-1728/ The manuals are generic between all models of HiLos and there were hardly any changes in the hardware between model years - most changes were cosmetic.

Not to change the subject but I am. See that you are in Conroe. Have you ever camped at Quintana Beach which is a Brazoria county park. We go every chance that we get and stay a week each time. Chemical plants near by but have never gotten a whiff of one single odor from them and wind is usually coming in from the Gulf anyway. Great beach and fishing pier.

We are looking at doing our maiden camping trip at the end of March, beginning of April sometime. Ive took some new pics of our work weve done so far on it,its not alot, we work 6 days a week.. I havent posted them yet in my Album,Im trying to get around to it Thanks for the info!! Tell me it gets better with redoing/repairing this camper, lol... So far if it aint one thing its another! Have a blessed day!

It gets better as you go along. We would not trade our 22 ft 1990 model for anything. Luckily, when I bought it 2 1/2 years ago all the main components were operating and in really nice shape. We have done a lot so as to get it where we like it. Once you get into it things get easier. Just a LITTLE COMMON SENSE AND A LOT OF ADVISE from all the owners on this website. And I bought a lot of stuff for it on Amazon. Most of the stuff is similar to working on things around the house.
Good luck and enjoy once you get on the road.
