Framing diagrams and schematics

Hello - 20 March 2014
I am new to this forum and have looked at some of the owner manuals, and fixup videos on YouTube. I wanted to know if anywhere, there were diagrams, schematics or photos of the framing and bracing components of the hi lo's upper segment and roof. I am considering buying a one axle model that has damage to the upper segment.
Thank you.

Some of the brochures have pictures of the framing.

Framing diagrams and scramatics

We need to know if it is a towlite(lighter model). The classic models are heavier and are constructed differently. What year is the HiLo you are looking at?

At this point you may have better luck checking with some of the folks that used to build them. Sam does have an RV dealer she uses which used to be a HI-LO dealer and they may also be a good resource. I hope you can chase more of this down and share it.

Here is a link to play with it:

Owners manual and schematics.

I am not aware of anything that is model specific. The manuals in the library are generic from year to year. If you were looking for a certain apliance then you would search the manufacture and use your model #.Your best bet is to contactJR in Ohio.

I spent considerable time helping my Hi-Lo dealer friend and I never saw any schematics or diagrams other than what were in the owners manuals.

Looking for information.

We probably could answer a specific question for you. Many of us have had to do extensive repairs.

Anytime you are on the roof of a Hi-Low/Two-Lite, the top half of the trailer should be in the down position.
