Help I need to repair a leak on the side of a 17T. Is there a manual with guide steps? Thank you.

Default Possible leak.

My first thought is to have you take most of your windows and reseal. You will need rolls of butyl tape and Lexel caulk. You tube has a video on how to do this. I wouldn't take out the big window behind the propane tanks. While you have the window out you can see the layers of your walls. This will show you if you have delamination. Post a picture if you have delamination and i can give you more advice.

Hi Sam,
Thank you, I really appreciate your guidance. I will definitely start this process and will post pictures. I'm praying, I do not run into delamination.

Default Resealing windows

When DH and I took out the windows on our second HiLo we found the start of delamination on the escape window. DH used Elmers wood glue and some clamps. Products are available from the boat industry to use for bigger delamin ation. Take it one step at a time.

I need replacement screws for the lift rail. Possibly about 10 of them. Original OEM; #10 1 1/2”long, square drive, flat head, fully threaded. Where can I buy them? Anybody know of a place that sells them?

Default Replacement screws.

I ordered a 100ct. from McFeelys. You should replace all rusty screws. We used quite a bit in our repairs for water intrusion. You might try ACE Hardware for a smaller pack.
