How do I repair the black tank vent stack?

I just purchased a used 2000 19T and the vent stack in the bath is broke and totally gone. For now I have just used duct tape to cover over the vent pipe at the counter. :(

Tank Vent

Hey thanks for the website for the part. Even takes paypal.com I just ordered it. Yes, the grey duct tape looks pretty crappy !! no pun intended !
