Welcome, Brian! As a long time owner, don't hesitate to offer advice to those less experienced when they ask for it. Hope the fires missed you!

Thanks....

Joined the Forum because as I went to lift the trailer yesterday...I heard the dreaded snap.... turns out one of the main pullies on the hyd. cyl. broke and caused the cable to snap....I will be ordering and replacing all of the cables and pullies and ensuring all items are well lubricated and preserved for the future....will keep you posted...

Sorry to hear about that, Brian. I'm sure you've located the thread on cable replacement by now and replacing the pulley's should be fairly obvious once you've exposed the broken one. Treeclimber posted this about replacement pulleys: https://www.hilotrailerforum.com/f32/pulley-info-6934/ You would certainly be able to get them from J&R Repair too, but I'd think these would be cheaper.

Hello! We also have a 22 foot which we have modified onto an old military truck. We are also in the PNW- in Central WA. Welcome!
