Default New owner of an old trailer

Hi all, Just purchased a 1978 25 ft. Hi Lo. I hope I know what I am getting into. It has set for a few years and needs a lot of clean up and God knows what else but the price was only $200. No obvious leaks and seems sound. I am sure that I will use the resources here and share what I learn on this adventure. I have wanted a Hi Lo for years, but just found this one and couldn't resist. I do enjoying fixing things up and have done several remodel jobs and automotive work. I bought a repossessed log cabin and remodeled the entire house.
