Found a 1970 Gem for a small fee $300. Amazed at how nice this looks. I have only a couple of pictures but i will get some more before i start any work on it. Cant wait to take this camping it 90% ready for that. This winter it will get a refresher. The inside is all white because someone painted it, I need to add some curtains for color.

I do have a couple of questions. First one is how to adjust the height when its all the way up the seal is about 3" low in the rear.

Second is how many holding tanks belong under the camper. There is a small tank on the rear under the bathroom(has a hole in it).This link provides information on your model, but does not mention anything about black and grey water tanks. :(
