Many members have done this job themselves. There are several threads in the forum regarding how to do it. I suspect you are going to find that professional shops that know how to do this are pretty scarce.

Default Looking for a vendor to purchase new lift cables?

Looking for a vendor that will sell replacement lift cables. I have a 2307C with a cable that needs to be replaced. So, I'll do it myself (thanks to all the posts of the DIY method) and replace all 4. Any help in locating a vendor would be Great!!

Default sourcing lift cables.

Search the internet for Aircraft cables. Possibly Mc Master Care. If my memory serves me correctly my friend replaced cables in two different HiLos. He got them at ACE Hardware. Much cheaper to source them and make your own ends. The best part for him was inventing new words as he did this repair. Search the forum for others that have done this repair and where the cables were bought at.
