If you are having difficulty finding parts for your A&E awning this one (A-E-8000-8500-9000-Parts) was a savior for me when my Secondary Rafter Arm Slider bracket broke. Only $11.50 plus $5.00 shipping.

you can sometimes find them cheaper on ebay...i bought one for less than $10 with less than $4 shipping.

it definitely helps to shop around.
