I'm looking for some rubber guide parts.

I am looking for the rubber or neoprene blocks that are attached to the inside bottom of the upper section, that run along the vertical slides. Also the rubber pads that the upper section rests on the bottom when down. ( 1993 23FLL) Fun lite

Oldnut, try this ebay link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/125890633722 It's one posted by Rob, formerly of J&R repair in Ohio and I think he has the guide blocks. You can make your own rubber pads, out of this stuff: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...KIKX0DER&psc=1

ISO rubber guide blocks

Hey guys, thanks for the link. I will get on ordering what I need.

Make your own resting pads with the dense rubber from the Amazon link that Jack provided, that's what I did.

rubber resting pads

Angel, thanks, that's what I'll do. Have a great day.

I researched Youtube and found a Trailmanor owner that replaced his support pads with this dense rubber strip from Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...KIKX0DER&psc=1 .

In his video he shows you what he did to cut it to size. It worked really well on my HiLo, plus you have a lot left over for future use. Hope this helps you.

Here's a photo of my support pad install.

rubber

I purchased the guide blocks from the Ebay link listed in the other post reply. Be careful that you do not twist or have the top lower down at an angle from one end to the other otherwise they will snap in the center. Order extras just in case as they are fairly cheap. Not difficult to replace but more work than you think. As for the pads that set down on the frame on the outside edge, I saw a post in a different thread that said to use hockey pucks as they are solid rubber and will not Smash and wear out as quickly as the originals. If you don't want something that large, you can always cut the tread off of a rubber tire. Good luck.

Looks like I missed the J&R and Ebay sale…. I’m looking for the Guide Blocks that fit on outside rails when raising and lowering… Anyone know if they can be found somewhere else.. Looks like its going to get harder and harder to find parts..

Thanks!

I have been looking as well, hopefully someone will see this that has found some and let us in on their secret.

Otherwise, maybe a 3D printer? Maybe I could make some and sell them, not sure how much of a market there is for these.
