May not be an issue for you, but it might be worth considering what max speed you're going to want to tow at as well.
We did a nearly 3K trip from northern CA to S. Dakota and back late this summer, and found that there were looong stretches on the plains where we could have legally (and comfortably) towed faster than the 65 mph speed rating our 2307C's near-new tires permitted.
Here on the west coast it's not an issue (CA's trailer limit is 55 - not that many stick to it - & I think 65 is the max in neighboring states) but the next time we head east, it would be nice to be able to cut transit times across some of the "wide open spaces" by running a bit faster in states where the posted limit is higher.
After we got back I did some checking into higher speed rated trailer radials, and they
are available - Goodyear Marathon & Power King Towmax STR "ST" designated trailer tires can be used at sustained speeds up to 75 mph at the proper inflation rates - you can find available sizes on Tire Rack's web site (
