Tip out broken..help!,
 

The bracket that attaches to the tip out on my 2004 28c ripped out today, due to wood rot... I am trying to find out how to fixit...i.e...removing skin and window for replacing wood rot.?....i am pretty handy, but don't want to make mistake doing it...also need new lift bracket...any help greatly appricated!,..thx.
