Hi Paul,
No sorry it's not for sale. Our 31ft is a 2004 with tip out in excellent condition. We bought it new and have loved it since day one. Husband wanted it so we could leave bed up all the time. We also have a 1996 26RD model that our children/grandchildren use. Wish I would of known that you were looking for one Paul as this past summer while vacationing we saw one in Des Moines, Iowa just like ours although it was a 2005 31ft in excellent they were selling it for 15,000. We live in Nebraska. I will keep a lookout for you in our area. I'm not sure where you are located or how far you're willing to travel.
