Hey Jack -

Just a quick note of thank you. Pulling the wire out while pushing up on the switch worked instantaneously. We were out there for all of 30 seconds.

Hi Jack -

I don't think I pulled the safety wire while pushing up on the motor switch. It didn't seem like the top was moving at all when I was pushing up on the switch, but maybe you're right...
