Rocker switch that I have no idea what it's for... Anyone know?

I have a 1999 Towlite Hi/Lo camper with a switch located above the counter where the fridge is, right next to an electrical outlet..
It does not control the outlet, so I have NO CLUE what it's for,...

Here is the photo of the thermostat... That lever behind it ,I believe, is the adjustment for the temperature setting... As you can see it is not labeled in any way.
I need to know where to have...
