Is the frame work on the Hi-Lo's wood or metal?? Especially the newer ones.
Mine is 2006. Is it a metal skeleton and then covered with board?? I would hope as far as to what the cables are attached...

Notice a small area to the right of the window now - soft wall. Peeled off
the wall covering and it was wet and some wood rot. Maybe a 3" x 8" area??
