I'm just now back from camping. My Hilo and power ::converter worked fine with 12 volt and 110 plug in. But when plugged in to 110, the battery did:: not receive a charge...

My 1984 Funchaser's power converter (model 3230UL) is supposed to charge my battery.....but doesn't. I've been using my car battery charger.
Any suggestions?

Yes, the plactic guide/block that slides along the track. It has a groove for the track, four screw holes and is black. The other three guides seem to be intact so I don't think missing this...

I'm about to strip the faded and cracked decals and sand and repaint the top and bottom. Anyone with experience have suggestions on stripper, sanding, patching, kind of paint, new decals, etc?...
