Fridge Ventilator Fan Not Working

Hi
My fridge ventilator on/off switch located on the exterior side of fridge is not working.I looked for a fuse and haven t found one.My Hilo is a 2007 22T and the fan usually makes a loud noise...

I just had to replace my A/C unit due to faulty amperage from a Ontario Provincial Park,not enough juice to fire up A,C unit and cooked the compressor.I just invested 100 bucks in a surge protector...

I m new to the forum and purchased a 2007 Hilo 22T and couldn t get the AC to work last fall.
Where is the AC plug in on this model,is it in the bathroom on the wall behind a plug...
