At home which is 90% of the time the smart charger will do a much better job, of charging and maintaining battery's(off my houses solar)
boondocking the smart charger will be quicker and more...

because i have a much better dual bank smart...

because i have a much better dual bank smart charger, my battery's will last a lot longer and charge faster. plus i dont plan to camp much with shore power, would much rather boondock.
