Also according to the brochure, the couch is a 3 cushion couch and ours is only a 2 cushion. Maybe special order or couch got replaced by previous owner

When I fold out the couch it only measures 54 x 57. there is no mattress and i was wondering where they got the 72" measurement from and also there would be no walk room between couch and cabinets...
