I installed this set up on my Tacoma in 2010 as you can see in my past post
This was the best system for my truck because aftermarket mirrors for tacomas aren't very good...

I just installed towing mirrors on my 06 tacoma.
I installed PowerVision mirrors (powervisionmirrors.com) from a 98 chevy.
First you have to find a mirror base plate that mounts to the door...
