Thanks so much for your response. We did get it to work, it was nothing we thought it was. There is a plate with a hole in it that a rod goes through when you lower it. For some reason it was out...

Happy 4th. We should be camping but we are stuck in the drive way. The 29' Hilo classic will not lower. We checked the battery it is at 100%. It is not the safety release because it stops before...
