Hilo parts department??

I finally got through to the Hilo parts dept. I inquired about a part; the gentleman was real nice, saying that he would check on the part and call me back. This was a week ago...I'm still waiting. ...

Thanks; I'll try again..I didn't know that they were only manning the phones in the morning. I'll let you know the out come of my next attempt. I would go to my dealer, but they closed in Tampa, Fl.

What's going on with HiLo and requesting parts?? This is NO way to run a business and STAY in business. After leaving a message TWO weeks ago, no one cares enough to call me back. I realize that...
