Somebody else here posted that if you sprayed them with water, then closed them so that the creases were correct, when they dried, they would be OK again. Have you tried that?

oldcarguy - I had a problem with our shades - they wouldn't stay up. I found that by increasing the tension in the cords, that it fixed the problem. I just had to untie them and them retie them...
