I recently replaced the screen on the door and that was not too difficult. My question is about how to remove the screen frame from window.

Is is possible to replace just the screen material that is torn and clogged with grease and cat hair? Is the screen frame somehow supposed to pop loose from the window frame? I can't quite figure...
