Recommendations for fixing caulking along roof edge

So, does that mean I just let the re-sealer go...

So, does that mean I just let the re-sealer go over the edge of the roof to seal in the gaps or force caulking along the edge and just reseal the top of the roof or do both???

I figure I will need...

I have a rubber roof. Along the edge of the roof, it looks like I may have to reseal the caulking. Starting to get a few gaps.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how I should fix it? ...
