I didn't realize you had a wall mounted unit. If there is no access panel the it has to be screwed to the wall from the inside somehow. My guess would be that plastic cover just snaps onto a base...

If you mean where the hose attaches, it just unscrews from the tap. then unhook the water lines under the sink and there are 2 finger nuts around the pipes that water lines attach to. remove those...
