Frustrating finding parts on the internet. Ordered from PPL in Texas. What broke on both sides is the plastic right hand and left hand assembly. In other words the inner spring can be reused. Dh will...

I know this is an old post. Thanks Garyk52 for posting the You Tube link on this repair. Just need to send DH over to the HiLo to disassemble so I can order parts.
