Do a search for the title aand date

The clamp would be put in place after you raise the trailer up. Fix the cables and you won't need the clamp.

Check out this set of instructions. Cable replacement in my 1998 HiLo 24TD 3-3-2010. I would advise you to replace all four cables as this author did. It is cheaper to get the material versus buying...
