Orca, The "B" nut is right on the cylinder attached to the rigid line. You need only loosen it, no need to remove it. Then apply pressure (trying to raise the top), fluid should squirt.

Orca, Not sure, but sounds like a restriction someplace. Have you tried loosening the "B" nut on the cylinder? Apply pressure and see if there is flow. That'll tell weather there's a problem before...
