I did do a little bit of work in the area, but sometimes as I look at the sag I wish I would have done better. You're probably right about the 'ain't broke don't fix...

Good thinking on the door and sag problem. That remains an area where I consider going back in and fixing up better, I love the aluminum use there.

Some of the things that I like about the USeal are that it "self seals" and there's no long beads of caulk...
