I'm only guessing, but the seals are probably dried out on your cylinder. Take a look while somebody else raises and lowers it.

Welcome to the forum. Can you see where abouts it's leaking from? Could be the reservoir, a line, or the cylinder. I'm guessin' it's probably the cylinder. You'll probably have to remove it and take...
