i removed the hydraulic pump and popped the...

i removed the hydraulic pump and popped the reservoir tank off...immediately i could see why it wasn't able to raise the top....the pickup screen was plugged up tight with sludge...the tank also had...

i'm still having problems raising the top....mainly it is raising very slowly...takes 45 seconds ...it was going up alot faster until i fixed a leak in the hydraulic system and added fluid....i put...
