I just scanned the Owners Manual for my 1992 FunLite to a searchable pdf and thought I would share it with everyone.
This manual appears to cover both the 1992 FunLite and standard (i.e. "Classic") Hi-Lo models. TowLites do not appear to be specifically covered, but should be similar.
