I am selling my 2007 Hi-Lo. I have never used the water system in this trailer except to winterize it. I filled it with water today and ran the water pump to clear out the anti-freeze in the water lines. The system worked as it should. I have never used the stove either, but it lights and works as it should. It has a rooftop AC that blows cold. Again, I have never used it. If it cools off enough to check the furnace, I will check that tomorrow. I have used it once to take the chill off in the morning. You might have guessed that I am selling my trailer because I only use it to sleep in and I use the toilet at night. (urine only). We spend all our time outside cooking and doing dishes outside so we are going back to tent camping. I have owned the trailer for 2 and a half years. I pull it with a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder, 6 cyl and it is like it isn't even back there.
This 50th Anniversary model has a full XL bed in the front with the bunk bed above, We have never used the bunk. I bought 4 new trailer tires in Oct of 2023. I have put about 2k miles on them. I am including the Weight distribution hitch, towing mirrors and a trailer cover that I used for about 4 months. I also have 2 sets of Full XL sheets and 2 mattress pads. One set of each are new in package. The mattress is a standard Full size but I added 5 inch foam piece to the top of the mattress to make it an XL. There is a feather bed topper that is also included...this bed is very comfy! We replaced the CO detector in October 2024, they are good for 7 years.
The front cap has the typical crack around the screws, which have been sealed. There are other cracks in the front cap but they were sealed with eternabond tape before I bought it. I have not noticed any leaks.
