At least 2nd owner. assume pretty standard package and floorplan.

Everthing works (refrigerator, heater, AC). Not sure about the solar panel, never actually tested but rarely use without park electric.

2008 27T $14,000

Would sell for $10,000

In storage so do not have pictures, but standard layout.

Finally got to storage yard to take pictures. Just in case you change your mind. I think $10k is pretty good (not too many on sale and earlier years are much more expensive). I just upgrade to 2026 trailer being delivered at some point. Would not mind stop paying for storage. I will add OBO for you if interested after seeing pictures.

Pam, on vacation. Saw your email and responded, but looks like nit set.
1) yea walk around bed.
2) AC, heat, stove work fine. Dies have solar lo panel, but never dud check..
3) Wife and I never used bathroom toilet and shower, but previous owner assured ok.
4) pictures on RVtrader.com frankfort il.
5) RV Ttrader recommended $12 k asking but price, but will honor $10k on forum. Fairly firm, had to pay $650 to get on multiple website. I went thru National Vehicle....may find it there also.
Heading home today. Will be available Sunday. We are 40 min south of Chicago. Are you close?

Was just following up to see if you ended up purchasing the 28 footer? If you did, I was windering if you mind telling me the price they were asking. Just want to see where it compares to the price I listed.
