We believe we are the 2nd owner and included are the papers from the original owner. Weight empty 6160 pounds sleeps 5 - possible 7. invested price is 42,132.08 since 2021 report available with almost total rebuild. Basically it is only 4 + years old with the restoration at Midget RV Ohio (retired now) and just about everything has been either replaced, modified, repaired, cleaned, etc. Lots of pictures available. Printout of the cost available. When not in use it is stored inside a heated garage. Yearly serviced end of year camping by reseal roof, windows, molding, inspect, and repack bearings, coat cables, pulley’s and hydraulic rod. Reason for selling = age of us and health. NON Smoker and NO pets under our ownership. Standard and not added is window curtains are RV Day / Night Shades or totally open. Microwave convection oven, has solar panel, lots of storage, easy access to sewer connection.. Some of the Items replaced, fixed or maintained. We rebuilt the Hot Water heater, repaired push out, installed Level inside at door, installed a bumper hose door compartment cover for storage of sewer hose, Steam cleaned couch to bed,2 new batteries in 2025. Additional are Items that set it apart from other Hilo’s (most of the items listed here I would say you will not find this in any other Hilo as I custom designed for us) are Installed a regular size stainless steel refrigerator and freezer like in a normal RV not like in a HILO and for this we extended the roof here with an aluminum cover and cover is not as high as the AC on the roof. New from Camping World an AC with a digital thermostat that could be tied into the furnace but we did not tie it in. We removed the night stand over the hot water heater and Converted the bed from the Queen to a cut down 50 x 80 and added a 30 x 80 both in the opposite direction of the prior position and has flip up to access storage underneath and some also access from outside . Also under the 30 inch bed has an outdoor kitchen, (rare to find in a Hilo if at all ) which stores Blackstone grill & outside cooking items with shelves, New mattress like would be in a house = very comfortable. Also provisions to insert to make 1 large bed instead of the 2=This would make possible up to sleep 7 including the couch to bed, New AM/FM/USB, Weather band radio, and aux. hookup and mic. Radio with switches to switch from bedroom speakers (each with shut off switch) to added outside speakers and volume control for these plus separate volume control for kitchen speakers. For the TV added speaker at the couch with volume control for the TV with amplifier to control the volume and = helps to be able to hear the TV better when the AC is running also at the couch can use a headphone for the TV. The TVs hook up in the bedroom and dining/living area each has an A/B switch from either cable or antenna with a booster. Backup lights, back flush hookup for gray & black tanks with ID plates on each. Jumper block to battery if needed in the box at the tongue with almost all fuses inside it for easy access. A jumper at the same place if needed to bypass the raise / lower switch. Battery monitor with switch for % battery is charged, Cushion fold up dining chairs at the dining table instead of the wooden ones. Removable Hand railing to enter RV. Nice mural on both sides. Added curtain between commode/shower and walk/bath sink for privacy if others use sink or walk through to bed room. Spigot at front outside for water access, Easy drain spigot @ hot water tank, installed in the bedroom plastic extra storage compartment = note this drawer does have small damage but is working, installed covers over the auto run fans in kit & bedroom and also over bathroom non thermostat to use even if raining, Anti skid wheels on rear RV, Easy access to prepare for winterize, grease buddies at wheels but we normally have them repacked yearly, Optional Items (ask for pics. or might be avail. on listing of pictures) but not limited to the following. tire pressure and temperature monitor and Backup camera = both control in our pickup which also does record the cameras each camera separate one at rear of camper and 1 at rear of truck toward hitch one higher to see on top RV, one to the front of the truck= 4 cameras, and also in a box on the tongue = a switch to activate repeater for tire pressure and temp. and rear camera =both monitor in our pickup (NOTE WOULD BE REMOVED IF NOT WANTING THE OPTIONS), complete hitch with rock guard, black stone grill cover and accessories, several sewer hoses some with caps, sewer hose support, electrical surge protector, several styles of blocks level & chock, water hose, pressure regulator and gauge new filter, tools, cooking items, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, misc., Hilo disk = of 50 years and also instructions on DVD for Hilo’s, 2 TV's one with DVD player, other TV is Fire TV from Amazon, VCR/DVD = note the DVD non working), movies on DVD and VHS, also plastic silver ware and plates and Styrofoam cups, knives, bedding covers, sheets sets, pillows, and cases, towels, wash cloths. Also manual thermometer inside refrigerator or freezer and also battery thermometer to monitor the temp in both (note this does read a few degrees high) maps and some tour books.
