Just purchase a "new to me HiLo" 2407T from some lovely folks in Illinois. I haven't yet been able to check it all out fully. It will need some TLC but a place to work on it is my challenge. HOA rules won't allow it here so it sits at a storage lot for the moment and they don't allow "maintenance" there. I'm sure I can get away with minor stuff. Anyway, am looking forward to getting it out in the spring and yes, it's winterized. It's hard to have a new toy and can't play with it LOL

I know how you feel. My HiLo is under a proper RV cover for the winter. Perhaps you could watch the how to operate videos for the time being.

Do not know city rules where you live but here in Ft Worth you are allowed to park the camper for 72 hours in the street at the curb. This is for loading and unloading, etc. Not sure if your HOA has any control over that.

Hi Steve, welcome to the world of HI Lo. You will find they are easy to pull and set up. When we had ours campers around us wanted to see how it worked. After leveling I would say watch closely and hit the switch and up it went. We took ours to Canada and had a blast. You will get a lot of questions. If the folks you purchased it from have the manuals read them. The community here will always be available to answer questions. I do not know how close you want to keep the camper there is a place we used call Blue Door. It is gated and has surveillance.

Thanks Paul. Yes I was aware of the reunion. I stumbled on it on the forums. I'm considering going but sure yet.
