Had this pontoon cover for nigh on 3 years, fits perfect, comes with everything needed.No tears/rips and still keeps the weather off.

How do you have the bungee cords attached to the HiLo?
Are they attached to the upper half only, or also to the bottom half?

Not bungie cords...webbing with click in and tighten ends. [elastic/bungie does run in the seam which keeps it tight]
Its a pontoon cover [which some apparently leave on while in transit...I wouldnt tho]
Webbing long enough to go underneath to other side, but I wouldnt, mainly so I can lift one side for work or entry
Quality is really good, design also, gas can cover included as are all the fixings. Loops triple sewn
