Do you have picture of the inside with the top raised?

Thanks for the quick reply. I am in Middle TN, about an hour east of Nashville. I am pretty interested and will probably be asking a few more questions. For starters, are the tires in good enough shape to to tow it over 500 miles to my place and are all the batteries newer, so the lift works, electronics, etc.?

I think it's probably safe to assume it could use a fresh set of tires and batteries since it has been sitting for a while even though it has never been used but I will pull it out this week/weekend and do a thorough check for you. Send me your other questions and I'll get those answered for you, too, so you have all the information you need.

Hi Todd!
Just checking in to see if you are still interested in the trailer.
Thanks!

Hi, yes, I am. Sorry for not getting back to you. I just retired about 8 weeks ago and am still waiting for my parent's estate to be settled (long story). It appears that it will take even longer than I had anticipated. If I withdraw the money from my 401-k, I will be taxed at 22% because the IRS considers it income, plus it would take some time to secure the funds. I was hoping to use my inheritance to avoid that issue, but am still waiting for it. I have been racking my brain to come up with the funds sooner because I am very interested in your camper. Please do not wait on me. It will likely be awhile before I see my inheritance. I will definitely circle back when I have that money in hand to see if you still have the camper. I have wanted a Hi-Lo for a long time. I grew up in Ohio and as you know, they were made there. Todd

Thanks for the update! We are in no major rush to sell the trailer and would certainly prefer to sell to a good home as it is my grandfather's.

Buckeye, in my somewhat unqualified opinion, I think, since the trailer has been garaged all its life and has never been used, the tires are probably up to about a 500 mile trip to your home, I'd keep the speed under 60 mph, but unless they are cracked or show other defects, they should work fine for a short trip.

The battery may not take a charge, but if it does, and the top will raise with it, then it will be OK for the trip home too.

Now, once you get it home, I'd replace the tires before any camping trip and I'd get a new battery too.

Thank you. I will stay in touch. Very interested. I have a 97 Chevy Silverado that I purchased when it was 5 years old and lived in Oregon at the time. It now has 392 k on it, remains my every day driver, and looks great. I am very particular and take care of things. Your camper would be maintained the same way.
