I just wanted to thank you for the forum, I am new to world of HiLo's. I bought an older one last fall and haven't had much opportunity to use it yet.
I also wanted to thank you for letting us know about the parts situation. I contacted HiLo a couple weeks ago and Thomas Stacey told me to call 1-800-321-6402 for parts. I've been calling and could get no one to answer. I now know why.
