Need changing [15 yrs old] Advised not to attempt 4 wheel off situation but 2 per time, Best per axle or per side?
[Facility I use not able to accept trailer plus tow vehicle] Obviously per side is easier but stability is questionable.
Thanks in advance
Keith

Your choice. Since you have tandem axles, you can roll the trailer onto a tire changing ramp like this one: Amazon.com and then once the tire is installed, set the ramp to change the next tire. Leave the trailer connected to the tow vehicle so that it can't move (tow vehicle in Park with parking brake set). You're actually changing one tire at a time this way. No jacking, no danger of the trailer falling off jacks.

If you put a jack stand on each side in frt of the axles and on both side behind the axles you can remove all four and not have to worry.

Thanks for that [read after job done]
I did one side at a time. Jacked to the frame as stated in manual, couple of 4ft 8x6inch timbers under both axles, and of course backed up by the 4 corner stabilizers.
