Went to our local state park for five nights by myself for most of the time. Monday DH picked me up for my MD apt. Time was tight so we went to pick DD up from work and then i stopped by my house to pick up one forgotten item. The furnace would turn on for a few seconds then would shut off. Used my life line to phone a friend DH. Put the thermostat to cool and then back to heat. Worked perfectly. DD and DH came down and stayed over wednesday evening. Thuursday we went into town to a place called the orange cat. We had gift certificates. It was a organic vegetarian place. We all got a salads. Then used another gift certificate for a local bakery. I got a triple chocolate brownie. The portions were large size. I had just received my new mobility scooter an got to use it checking out the realestate in the campground. I enjoyed listening to my radio and reading a good book. Highly recommend the first trip of the year should be local campground to make sure everything works and see what you forgot, I do use packing lists. Went to pack the last item off the back BR shelf and the fancy spindle rail came loose. A bad word came out of my mouth. DH had fixed this numerous times. Both the front and back one. I have used Gorilla and super glue. Happy to report it poured heavy rain for three days and the HiLo was perfectly dry. Good weather needed so DH can get his garden planted. The next camping trip is in July.
