What is my Trailer Worth?

I am new to the site so I hope I'm not posting in the wrong place. I am trying to help my Mother sell her trailer but don't really know what a fair price would be. It's a 1997 28 foot with twin beds and is in great condition. Her and my late father bought it in 1999. It has always been stored under a carport and been well maintained. If someone could help me with a estimate on what it's worth, I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks in advance
