you will need to find an upholstery shop, most likely... Since that is a 1962, that is nearly 50 years old. However the cusions probably arent that much different in design than any other camper, that has the same dinette and stuff. there are salvage yards across the country, if I stumble into that list of them, I will post it in the Library and this thread. (you can search google for RV Salvage)
this ALSO means you can probably use cusions out of any camper, and what is more, even modify them with your own sewing machine, if they arent perfect, all they are is a lump of foam, inside a plastic bag, with fabric covers made for them. With my older now gone Motorhome, my mom was able to make covers for them with the same sewing machine she sews up my jeans with once in a while. and made matching curtains, out of al slightly lighter jean material, bought at a fabric store.

Might want to check this thread out. Also, Camping World does upholstery but any upholstery shop should be able to make what you like.
