Replacing the blinds

The blinds in my HiLo look old and tired as compared to the new paneling we used in our restoration. It would be very expensive to replace most of them. Any ides for replacement besides a blind.?

We didn't take the top half of the door off as it wasn't water dammaged. We just left it with the old paneling. We were lucky to find new paneling that was a good color match for the old paneling...
