Default 1992 22 ft classic

I am looking at a 92 22ft classic. I know the NADA value is $2080. I am going to look at it today. The seller is asking $5000. I have not owned a camper before. Any advice for what I should look for? Based on the pictures, it seems to be in good condition. I included the link.

I think it's too high, but a trailer is worth what the buyer is willing to pay. Take a printout of the NADA value with you when you discuss price and show it to him.

Default NADA values tend to be low.

Use the buyers check list in this forum. Extras like solar and two batteries can raise up the price. Check the date of the tires. Look for staining on the ceiling and in cupboards.Push against the walls both inside and outside. Water damage is a no buy. Ask for maintenance records. Keep us posted with your questions.
