Default 1992 Funlite HiLo

Just got our 1992 Fun lite Hi Lo. This trailer has not been used since 2004.
I have cleaned all the appliances and tested them, sanitized the water system.
wheel bearings packed. I think I covered all the bases. Going on out first short
trip for the 4TH Of July. Anyone have any input ? All comments welcome.

Welcome to the clan! And, congrats on the "new" Funlite. It looks like you covered the bases pretty well. If you haven't already, get up on the roof and check it all over for any cracks or holes in the seams and caulking or where any openings are for vents, etc. The last thing you want is for your new toy to have leaks anywhere. Water can do a real number on a trailer. You may want to do a new caulking job and a roof coating, it is cheap insurance.

When you are done with the roof crawl underneath and check the lift system. Check the cables and pulleys for wear or damage, check the hydraulic cylinder to make sure it is okay, and clean and lube the guide rod that parallels the cylinder, that is a very important item to have in good working condition to prevent damage to the cylinder. While your there check the safety catch to make sure it isn't bent or damaged.

After you get all rested up go and enjoy your Funlite!

July is a long way away.

If it were me - I'd be chomping at the bit to get out there in my new rig. If nothing but to 'test' it out for a night or so. But hey - I'm in California where you're never really more than a few hours away from good weather.

I noticed that you've got your Fun Chaser for sale. You may wish to post the details on it in the For Sale area.
